About Me

My name is Courtney Vandeventer.  I have lived in Martinsville for the past four years.  I attended Ball State University for two years, studying Special Education.  I am currently enrolled at IUPUI as a duel major of Elementary Education and Special Education.

 

Nearly four years ago, I decided to marry my boyfriends of five years.  Soon after we started preparing for the arrival of our first child.  Hayden James will be three years old on July 6^th.  I am completely in love and overly happy with my wonderful family and all the support they give me.

 

I am presently a paraprofessional at an elementary school, working with second and third grade special needs students.  I initially decided that working with special needs individuals was a passion when I volunteered at a summer camp in middle school.  This is because, I not only love helping individuals with special needs meet personal goals, but the feeling of such fulfillment is beyond describable.
